Cancellations
If the appointment is canceled or modified with less than 24 hours notice, an additional fee may apply. (50% of the total service cost)

Modifications
You must give 48 hours notice to cancel or modify an appointment. If you arrive late, you will be served late and an extra charge (50% of the total service charge) may apply.

Absences
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you may be charged 100% of your service.
